The reservation process was very easy. Everything went as expected. The property was very clean. The house was very clean and it was in a very nice neighborhood. We all had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Mill Run Inn for 5 days. The property was fantastic with a swimming pool and a hot tub, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Good communication with management team. Highly recommend this for a vacation in western PA near Falling Water.

So much to do there for our family at the house. Plus very very close to awsome hiking. Each room had it's iwn bathroom which was nice too. We will go back.

I have rented from VRBO for years & never had a problem. This time was different. This was for a family holiday get together. VRBO had the listing but it is managed by Vacation Ohiopyle (VO). & then there are the private owners. They each have their own set of policies. After I booked - I was billed 230 by VRBO - not sure for what. Then a 500 damage deposit by VO. Positives - 5 bedrooms w/5 baths; well stocked kitchen; awesome playroom for kids; Negatives - living room only accommodates a few people; no instructions for hot tub- which was set at 92 - took forever to heat up when we figured out how to use it; grill did not work; several lightbulbs burnt out; 2 toilets with flushing issues; The outside has a nice area but the house is next to a busy road and several houses and business close by - not very private. Communication was poor with the owners. They did not answer messages right away - or at all. I did not receive my damage deposit within 2 weeks as stated - I messaged the owners - no response. I contacted VRBO - told to contact VO as they had the deposit. Emailed VO - no response. Called VO and had to leave a message stating I would file a complaint with VRBO if I did not receive my damage deposit. They finally sent it through my bank - this took a month - but never contacted me by phone or email. I cannot recommend this property and I would never rent through Vacation Ohiopyle again.

We had four couples and we all had nice bedrooms with King sized beds and individual bathrooms. It was clean and had a great outdoor area with a hot tub and pool. We were very impressed. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Mill Run, the house is exactly is advertised. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we enjoyed some quality time around the fire. It was just a very relaxing getaway from normal life.

Campfires: Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.). Do not move the fire ring. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am. When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors. Children: The property is unsupervised.
