The kitchen is our absolute favorite with Caraway cookware, top of the line knife set, dual coffee pot with both drip and K-cup capabilities, Ninja Blender. We have taken special care to create comfort in every room. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room on a cool evening, while you snuggle up to watch a movie on any of the provided streaming services, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+. Each bedroom is equipped with either a king or queen size bed with cozy bedding, wall mounted TV, bench or stool, and closet with hangers and luggage rack. Newly installed 30' round above ground swimming pool, hot tub and Fire pit area. We have plenty of parking available for you and your guests. Please only park on gravel covered areas. Distance to local attractions: Ohiopyle - 10 miles (15 minutes) Fallingwater - 3 miles (5 minutes) Seven Springs Ski Resort - 13 miles (25 minutes) This is a small town but it does have a few places for necessities. There is a Dollar General just 1/4 mile away for most things you may need during your stay. The gas station and convenience store called Speedy Meedy’s is next door. Restaurants within walking distance include: -Subway -See Mor’s All Star Grill (standard American cuisine) -The Paintroom (Pizza, sandwiches, wings) Other restaurants within short driving distance include: Brenda’s Restaurant - 3.5 miles South on 381 Creekside Grill - 3 miles East on 711 Falls Market Restaurant - 10 Miles South in Ohiopyle Groceries and pharmacies are available in Connellsville which is 8 miles or 15 minutes. - Martins Grocery Store - Walmart - Rite Aid - Cash Saver There is no public transportation so you will need to be prepared with your own vehicle. There are several places available within walking distance (see “neighborhood” section of the listing) This home is located near neighbors. We are respectful of their privacy and quiet times (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. 1) Pet Rules: - All pets require approval prior to check in - $50 non refundable pet fee per animal - Pets are not allowed on furniture - Pets are not allowed in showers or bathtubs - Pets are not allowed in pools/hot tubs - Limit 2 pets per reservation - Do not use provided towels to clean pets Fees for pet rule violations $250-$750 2) Firewood is provided. Please do not bring your own. 3) Items that can be recycled - glass - aluminum - plastic bottles / containers 4) Items we cannot recycle - plastic bags - paper products This home is located nearthe woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home. Swimming Pool and Hot tub Policies: If the property that you are renting has a swimming pool or hot tub, you understand that by accepting a reservation, you release Vacation Ohiopyle, Alpine Property Rentals LLC and all owners of all claims and assumption of risk. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee the Swimming Pools or Hot tubs will be working at every check in. We are not a resort. We send service to fix problems as they arise, however, the repair company may not be able to fit us into their schedule on the same day. These amenities are included with every stay, therefore, refunds will not be given for out or service items. *Weather Related Policies* Roads are routinely plowed, however, please remember that winter recreation is dependent on snowfall and you must be prepared with 4 wheel drive, snow tires or chains. Cancellations due to weather are not refundable. **Important Booking Information** To help us prepare for your stay, all guests are required to complete a short pre-arrival registration, regardless of the platform used to make the reservation. This may include a rental agreement, vehicle registration, and pet registration (if bringing pets). Pet fees are collected separately through the pet registration form and are not included in the reservation total. A refundable damage hold may be placed on the card provided during registration before check-in (Airbnb reservations excluded). Booking confirmation and access information will be provided after all required registration forms have been completed.
